Founded in 2014 by Keegan Harper, the company raised $446M total and generated over $60M in 2025 revenue. Nalu achieved national payer milestone with Aetna PNS therapy coverage in July 2025. In October 2025, Boston Scientific announced an agreement to acquire Nalu Medical for approximately $533M, with the transaction expected to close in H1 2026.
